The volume of the left and right channel goes different ways
First, you should check whether the balance button is in the middle position. Then you should check the input sensitivity of the amplifier of the both channels is set as the same. If the problem still can’t be resolved, you can try to swap the right and left signal wires to check whether there’s something wrong with the main frame.

No voice in highest part of the channel
First, check whether the wire of the acoustic splitter is connecting well or not. Then you can use the ammeter to check the splitter. There’s possibility of faulty connection of the speaker cable.

Loud noise
You should check whether the negative terminal of the RCA signal terminal is connected. If there’s a break in the signal output negative terminal, you can check it with an ammeter.

Regular wiping with the moist cotton swab
Some parts of the audio system are easy to be dirty. The laser head is the most important part of the CD player. Special care should be taken with it. Though now most of the devices on the car audio wholesale market are designed to be dust resistant, the protection measures should still be taken. You can the cotton swab to clean the cassette, cartridge and video tank.

Besides the main frame, the tape and CD disk should also be cleaned. The dirt on the tape or CD would not only affect the sound quality, but also cause damage to the audio. In fact, it’s an easy work to buy the cleaning equipments of the tape or CD in video shop.
